Overview

Thomas M. Bonacci represents and counsels clients in all areas of U.S. patent and trademark practice. In close collaboration with inventors and technology interests, Mr. Bonacci has drafted and successfully prosecuted a great many patent applications which have now been issued as United States patents. Mr. Bonacci represents clients in the electronic, information science, telecommunication, software, e-commerce, and telephony industries, among others.

Prior to commencing practice as a patent attorney, Mr. Bonacci held positions in the computer, information, and data communications industries. Mr. Bonacci served as a senior software engineer and computer scientist for Ascend Communications and for Lucent Technologies/Bell Laboratories. Today, Mr. Bonacci employs his high-tech knowledge and experience while representing his clients in the preparation and prosecution of U.S. and international patent and trademark applications. Over the years, Mr. Bonacci has received numerous awards for his work in both the technology and legal fields.
